Application of thermovision inspection for estimation of electric installation heat condition and temperature of windings of marine electric machines

Experimental and theoretical analysis of heat condition equipment and temperature of windings of marine electric machines on the base of remote measurement by means of thermovision inspection has been carried out. It has been shown that it is possible to calculate temperature in volume of windings under different load with sufficient degree of accuracy.

Theoretical and experimental analysis of heat condition equipment and temperature of windings of marine electric machines on the basis of remote measurement by means of thermovision inspection has been carried out. The factor analysis of the diagnostic model of the electrical machine thermovision control

The thermovision diagnostic method of electric motors windings needs to create a diagnostic model for estimating influence of different parameters on stator windings heating. The factor analysis has been carried out and influence of different parameters on the diagnostic model of induction motor has been estimated. It has been shown that the diagnostic model is stable to possible errors during determining various parameters used in calculations.
